AUTHOR’S BIOGRAPHY:

Introduction - How It All Started:

I have been writing as a hobby since I was about ten years old. One day during that year, I just started writing and quickly learned that I had a passion for taking an idea and creating a short story around it. What facinated me most was the use of words and combining them in a variety of ways to tell the same story. I discovered while I was telling a story in my own way, other readers may have a very different perception of the story from the way it was intended. So I learned to write in several different styles and let the readers relate in their own unique ways. It's kind of like life; we all see the same thing a little differently. That's good, because our differences give us another way to relate to each other. And it's in that shared communication where we can find common ground and an opportunity to help each other grow.

Becoming A Published Author:

My Brand Name, known as R. T. KAGELS, is currently focused in six (6) niches as follows: 1) SELF-HELP, 2) TRAVEL, 3) AVIATION-SPACE, 4) NATURE, 5) INSPIRATION-SHORT STORIES, & 6) COOKING.

Throughout my adult life, I’ve had many experiences in different positions ranging from musician, to shipyard electrician, to industrial millwright electrician, to the owner of a limousine company, to the owner of a real estate investment company, to a licensed commercial instrument pilot and now to a published author.

Given my range of experiences, people kept telling me: “You should write a book, because you have a lot of good ideas.” Finally, I decided to take them up on their advice. As I wrote, my stories came to life. My main purpose as an author became clear: That whoever reads my books, they would receive more value than they expected.

The majority of my books have two Bonus sections. First, located near the beginning of the book, is called: THE AUTHOR'S PERSONAL STORY. Here I explain my purpose for writing each particular story and why I believe it is important for you as well. And second, located near the end of the book, is called: BONUS CHAPTER: OFF THE BEATEN PATH. Here I describe something unusual, unexpected or surprising that you may find interesting beyond the story itself.

So, it's my pleasure and privilege to create entertaining, educational, informative, and inspiring stories for you!
